Biju Thampy is the director of Missions of New India Church of God, which has over 1700 local churches, 16 Bible training centres, 5 orphanages and several formal and non formal schools under its umbrella. He is also the president of 'Vision Rescue', which feeds and gives non formal education to over 800 children and men who are homeless and exposed to substance abuse. Biju has a BA (Hons) in Theology from the university of Sheffield and presently lives in Mumbai, India, with his wife Secunda and their two sons, Timothy and Nathan.
